By using the quantumcreations.in website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. Our apps are distributed through app stores and are additionally governed by those stores' own terms.

This site exists to describe the apps we build and to give you a way to reach us. The information here — features, screenshots, availability — describes our products as they stand today and may change as the apps develop.

We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee that a product described as in development will ship on any particular date, or at all.

Each app is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it for personal purposes on devices you control. You may not decompile it, resell it, or redistribute it.

Our finance and habit apps present information to help you make your own decisions. They are not financial, tax, legal, or medical advice, and we are not licensed advisers. Any figure, projection, or AI-generated suggestion in an app is a starting point for your own judgment, not a recommendation to act.

Where an app has accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of the content and records you put into our apps. You can export them, and you can delete your account, from within the app.

The QuantumCreations name and logo, the app names, and the design, code, and written content of this site and our apps belong to QuantumCreations and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Third-party product names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantumCreations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or our apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as our products change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
