Delete your ExpenseFlow account
You can request permanent deletion of your ExpenseFlow account and associated app data from inside the app or by emailing QuantumCreations.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send us a deletion request from the email address registered with your ExpenseFlow account.
What to include: your registered ExpenseFlow email address and a clear statement that you want your account deleted. Do not include passwords, OTPs, bank details, card numbers, UPI PINs, or other sensitive credentials.
How to delete your account
Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Open ExpenseFlow and sign in.
- Go to More → Profile & Account → Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation message and confirm deletion.
This is the fastest way to delete your account because it verifies your identity through your signed-in session.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
- Email Quantumcreations.in@gmail.com.
- Use the subject ExpenseFlow Account Deletion Request.
- Send the request from your registered account email whenever possible.
We may ask for additional confirmation before deleting the account.
Data deleted with your account
When your ExpenseFlow account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:
- Account profile details, authentication identity, and app settings
- Expenses, categories, budgets, savings goals, scratch items, and weekly reports
- Notifications, AI Coach sessions, AI usage logs, and quota records linked to your user ID
- Family or shared-group memberships linked to your account
Data that may be retained

Account deletion is permanent. After deletion, your ExpenseFlow account, transaction history, budgets, and saved goals cannot be restored.
Verification and timeline
We acknowledge email deletion requests within 72 hours and usually process verified deletion requests within 7 working days. If a request is complex, legally restricted, or cannot be verified from the registered email address, we may ask for more information before completing deletion.
Once deletion is complete, active account data is removed from our production systems. Backup copies expire within 30 days unless we must retain limited records for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
