Privacy Policy

This policy covers quantumcreations.in — the website you are reading right now. It explains what the site collects, why, and what your options are.

Our apps are separate. Each one collects different data and has its own policy, linked at the end of this page. If you are looking for how ExpenseFlow handles your expense data, read the ExpenseFlow policy rather than this one.

This is a marketing site. It has no accounts, no login, and no shopping cart. It collects:

• Analytics data — anonymised page views, referrer, approximate region, browser and device type, via Google Analytics. This tells us which pages people actually read.
• Technical logs — our hosting provider records IP addresses and request timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
• Anything you email us — the contact form opens your own email app. Nothing you type into it is sent to or stored by this website.

We do not run advertising on this site, we do not participate in any affiliate programme, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone.

Only for the things you would expect:

• Understanding which pages and apps people are interested in.
• Fixing broken pages, slow loads, and layout problems.
• Replying to you when you write to us.
• Keeping the site online and protecting it from abuse.

We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use your data to train models.

This site sets a cookie to remember your light or dark theme preference, and Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits. That is all.

Your browser can block or delete either at any time. Blocking them does not break the site — you will just get the default theme.

A short list, and what each one sees:

• Our hosting provider — serves the pages and keeps standard access logs.
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage statistics.
• Google Play — only if you tap through to install one of our apps. Their terms take over at that point.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to Quantumcreations.in@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

For app data specifically, most of what you would want is built in: ExpenseFlow lets you export your data and delete your account from inside the app, without emailing anyone.

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to us and we will remove it.

When this policy changes materially, we update the date at the top of the page. For app policies we keep a dated archive of every previous version, so you can see exactly what changed and when.
